ส่วนผสม:
– วิตามินซีเม็ด ขนาด 1000 มิลลิกรัม ควรเลือกชนิดที่มีเปลือกบาง หรือไม่มีสารเคลือบเม็ดที่หนาจนเกินไป เพราะนอกจากจะบดลำบากแล้ว ยังละลายน้ำยากอีกด้วย
– ผงพิเศษตราร่มชูชีพ 1 ซอง
– น้ำเปล่า ควรใช้น้ำดื่มสะอาดหรือน้ำต้มสุก ไม่ควรใช้น้ำแร่ เพราะน้ำแร่จะมีแร่ธาตุต่างๆมากมาย ซึ่งจะทำให้วิตามินซีสลายตัวเร็วขึ้นค่ะ
วิธีทำ:
หยิบวิตามินซี 3 เม็ด ลงในชามแก้ว
บดให้ละเอียด แล้วใช้มือที่สะอาดหยิบเปลือกเม็ดวิตามินซีออกให้หมด
เทผงพิเศษตราร่มชูชีพ 1 ซอง ลงไป
ตามด้วยน้ำสะอาด 1 ช้อนโต้ะ แล้วใช้ช้อนที่สะอาดคนให้เข้ากัน
เมื่อส่วนผสมพร้อมแล้ว เรามาเริ่มกันเลยค่ะ ล้างหน้าให้สะอาด ก่อนพอกหน้าทุกครั้งนะคะ จากนั้นทามาส์กให้ทั่วใบหน้า โดยเว้นรอบดวงตาและริมฝีปาก
แล้วทิ้งไว้ประมาณ 20 นาทีจนแห้ง หรือจะทาทิ้งไว้ทั้งคืนก็ได้ค่ะ
ใช้สำลีชุบน้ำอุ่นเช็ดทำความสะอาด แล้วล้างหน้าด้วยน้ำเย็นอีกครั้ง จะช่วยกระชับรูขุมขนและทำให้ผิวสดชื่น จากนั้นเช็ดหน้าให้แห้งด้วยผ้านุ่มๆ และตามด้วยครีมบำรุงผิวค่ะ
อ้อ! ถ้าอยากให้ผลออกมาดีมากๆ ลองใช้ผ้าขนหนูชุบน้ำอุ่นๆ บิดให้แห้ง แล้วนำมาวางบนใบหน้าขณะที่พอกหน้าอยู่นะคะ เพราะความร้อนจากผ้าขนหนูจะช่วยให้ส่วนผสมในมาส์กซึบซับเข้าสู่ผิวได้ดียิ่งขึ้นค่ะ คราวนี้ผิวคุณก็สวยใส ไร้สิว หน้าเด้งอย่างเป็นธรรมชาติ…..ชัวร์!!

Vitamin C & Pises Powder Face Mask ♥♥
Ingredients:
– Vitamin C 1000mg tablet. You should go for the thin coated rather than thick coated tablets as it is easier to grind and dissolve in the water.
– One sachet of Pises Powder Parachute Brand
– 1 tablespoon of water. It is best to use drinking water or boiled tap water. Do not use mineral water as its rich minerals will decompose Vitamin C faster.
Method:
– Take 3 tablets of Vitamin C 1000 mg into a bowl. Crush and grind the tablets as finely as possible and use cleaned hand to take the coat of Vitamin C tablets out of the bowl.
– Use scissors to cut open 1 sachet of Pises Powder and pour the powder into the bowl.
– Add 1 tablespoon of water and stir all the ingredients up with a spoon.
When your mixture is ready, let’s start!! ◕‿◕
Wash your face thoroughly before applying any face masks. Gently massage the mask onto the face and carefully avoiding the eyes and lips areas. Leave for 20 minutes or overnight. Use cotton wool moistened with lukewarm water and wipe clean. Then rinse with cold water to tighten the pores and keep skin fresh. Wipe dry with soft cleaned cloth and follow with your normal routine face cream.
For the best results, try using a towel soaked with warm water, wring it dry and place it on your already-masked face. The heat from the towel will help the ingredients in the mask to absorb into your skin better.
