เคล็ดลับง่ายๆ ที่จะทำให้ผิวหน้าเนียนใส ไร้สิวก็คือ…  การพอกหน้าด้วยผงพิเศษและไข่แดง ค่ะ

ส่วนผสมที่ใช้…
– ไข่ไก่ 1 ฟอง เลือกใช้เฉพาะไข่แดง
– ผงพิเศษตราร่มชูชีพ 1 ซอง
– กระดาษทิชชู่เช็ดหน้า ตัดเป็นชิ้นสี่เหลื่ยมเล็กๆ ขนาด 1 นิ้ว

วิธีทำก็ง่ายๆ ค่ะ แค่นำไข่แดงมาผสมกับผงพิเศษ คนให้เข้ากัน แล้วพอกให้ทั่วใบหน้า เว้นรอบดวงตาและริมฝีปาก นำทิชชูที่ตัดไว้ แปะให้ทั่วบริเวณที่พอก ทิ้งไว้ประมาณ 20 นาที หรือจนกว่าจะแห้ง จากนั้นค่อยๆ ลอกทิชชูออก แล้วล้างหน้าให้สะอาดอีกครั้งค่ะ

เคล็ดลับ….
ไข่แดงมีวิตามิน A, B2, E แร่ธาตุสังกะสี โปแตสเซี่ยม โปรตีน น้ำและไขมันในปริมาณที่สูง ซึ่งจะช่วยบำรุงผิวให้เนียนนุ่ม ชุ่มชื่น ไม่แห้งกร้าน และที่สำคัญทำให้แผลสิวหายเร็วขึ้น
ส่วนผงพิเศษตราร่มชูชีพ จะช่วยกำจัดเชื้อแบคทีเรียและสิ่งสกปรกที่อุดตันรูขุมขนบนใบหน้าให้หมดไป ไม่มีสิว ใบหน้าก็จะเนียนใส ไร้สิวค่ะ….

ควรพอกหน้าด้วยผงพิเศษตราร่มชูชีพ และไข่แดง เป็นประจำ สัปดาห์ละ 1 – 2 ครั้งนะคะ เพื่อผิวหน้าเนียนนุ่ม ไม่แห้งกร้าน กระจ่างใส ไม่มีสิวค่ะ

ถ้าจะให้เห็นผลดียิ่งขึ้น ก่อนพอกหน้า ควรล้างหน้าด้วยสบู่อ่อนให้สะอาด ล้างพวก make up และครีมกันแดดออกให้หมด แล้วใช้ผ้าขนหนูชุบน้ำอุ่นประคบที่ใบหน้าให้ทั่ว เพื่อเปิดรูขุมขนค่ะ

Put an egg yolk in a bowl and add 1 sachet of Pises Powder. Mix them together and apply it on entire face except eyes and lip area. Then put ready-cut tissues onto the face and leave it for 20 minutes or until it dries and removes tissue gently. Wash your face.
